Accuracy of Award Calculations
DigiGrids analyzes your ADIF uploads to determine which Maidenhead grid squares and fields you've worked. These calculations help assess your eligibility for awards.
While we aim for precision, the system depends entirely on the data you submit. If your ADIF file contains errors—such as incorrect or missing grid locators, qso dates, bands, or modes—your award counts may be not as you expect.
Please note: We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in grid counting or award eligibility. You are responsible for the data in your ADIF file.
Grid Verification
We cross-reference submitted grids with our grid category database. Some entries may require manual verification. Until confirmed, these grids do not count toward your award totals.
Manual checks may result in delays or rejections. We appreciate your patience during this process.
Certificate Generation
Certificates are generated automatically based on your current grid and field counts. If we later discover an error—such as invalid QSOs—we reserve the right to take corrective action.
- Revoke or update the certificate
- Adjust award records
- Notify you via email
All certificates are digital and hold no official recognition from any regulatory authority.
Reporting Errors
If you believe your award count or certificate is incorrect, please contact us at support@digigrids.net. Include relevant details and supporting evidence, such as a corrected callsign or updated ADIF file.
